I would use the translation on the web but half that mess
be either wrong and just dont make sense.

"Linda" means like sweet and nice and pretty
"ta" is short for "estas"
"buena" literally means good but is slang for hot

The 1st. one I believe is "Tu estas buena y yo quiero que seas mia." The translation can be: "You are hot and I want you to be mine". Beware with this kind of compliments, they guy sounds very horny. The word "buena"refers, at least in my country, that he's looking only the body of the women.
The 2 nd is: Tu eres linda o Tu estas bien linda. The translation is "You are so beautiful" or "you look very beautiful". Nothing wrong with this one.

is misspelled it is "tu estas buena" instead of "tu 'ta buena" but anyway it's like a contraction.

I beleive the second one means you are pretty. But i'm not sure why they used bien before the word linda

The first sentence means "you are good and I want you to be mine and the second sentence means "you are very pretty". I am Hispanic so feel confident with my answer. Take care.
