Just a balanced diet, with plenty of fresh fruit,veg and protien. Additional vitamins above RDA will make no difference.

you can take vitamin A and E both are good for the skin, vitamin e can be purchased in a sort of gel like pill break them open on put it on the cut it promotes healing and i almost garentee u won't have a scar

Try getting Aloe Vera gel from the Health Food shops its brilliant for any type of skin condition cuts, burns. rashes
