The boxes are not healthy for you, try eating the food inside the boxes, it's much better for you.

The Healthy Choice are lower in sodium than the regular Banquet and Stouffer's which are loaded with the stuff.

Read the labels to compare nutrition value among brands and to see what you're really getting. Even the "diet" dinners may have artificial stuff you may not want.

Amy's is a line of vegetarian frozen meals that are supposed to be some of the healthiest on the market. And surprisingly they taste better than the box.

I think they are good enough specially if you are on the go and in a rush or tight schedule. I buy a couple of them just to have in case that I'm top tired or to take to work if I know that I'll have a very busy day. I just don't like the box concept to get use too, I prefer to cook ahead of time and have to take some to work the next day and some to eat the following night. I'm single can you tell ? LOL

i think of they're nice...they in many circumstances take approximately 10 minutes to prepare (previous the time to boil the water). maximum of them are exceptionally stable, yet they are in a position to be costly. The egg ones (imo) are foul. while you're backpacking, evaluate taking alongside clean food for the preliminary area of the hike, utilising freeze-drieds later. while you're motor vehicle tenting, evaluate utilising basically clean food.
