a natural remedy is clove oil, that works. Or you can try Anbusol, it comes in a tube, and numbs the area. Mainly taking ibuprofen is what the dentist probably would tell you.

Well, there is always the old standard of tylenol, IB profen, aleve, etc., but if you go to the toothpaste section you should find oragel and ambesol. They are numbing gels to put on toothaches and they have them in adult fomula (since they also make them for teething infants).

maybe go to CVS or eckerd or any supermarket or drug store they have tonsss of stuff. orajel type things.. you should go to the dentist though it may be more serious than you think. better safe than sorry.
