Both sets of my grandparents were born in Ireland but emigrated to the States.

County Clare, according to my grandparents on my father's side:

Slattery, Sarah, d. 10 Jun 1918, w/o Thomas, [AR]

On my Mom's side (Sullivan) it was County Kerry, according to her parents

All my ancestors arrived from Ireland in the mid1800s (famine years mostly.)

Bonner, Carr, McCall, McCafferty, McGeehan, & Boyle from County Donegal

Gerrity, Maloney, Barrett, and Dixon from County Mayo

Sullivan from County Cork
