I don't understand your question....Particularly the part about "get a choice of living in a blissful but robotic state of joy or..."
I find hell would be the place of the robotic state. If one makes choices that led to sorrow, led to addiction, led to pain and suffering, that is the true hell and true robotic state. Have you not known anyone addicted to substances? That state is due to their choices and indeed they have become robotic.
On the other hand, a person living by the word of God has all of the freedom possibly conceivable, as that person is not subjected to the addictions of the flesh; that person has the ability to enjoy life to the fullest, free from the torment of bad choices.

Hell exists and is not a joke. No robots in Heaven, either, as we have free choices on earth, so we will have free choices in Heaven, but will not want to choose the bad, because the Devil will not be an influence there. Then, it will be "Happy days are here again" time, for all time. Choose the right way, I hope. God bless.

As far as I know Jesus never said anything about hell. Think about it, if God is our Father, how could he possibly wish that kind of torment on his children- no loving parent would! And God is forgiving, loving and merciful so, why would He make a torcher chamber? It seems to me that Hell was invented by the Medieval priest class to scare the rest of the population into paying "protection" fees and so on.

It's an offense to an all loving and merciful God to think that He/She would allow a place like hell or any eternal state of suffering to exist. Don't allow yoursef to be controlled by fear. Hell is just not true.

I hope there is a hell... because there are some mean people in the world that deserve to be there... like rapists and child molesters. So i pray that there is a hell so they can stay there for eternity. I'm not religious, but if there's justice there's hell.

We won't be robotic in heaven. We're not robotic now, and we will go to heaven with the same Mind, Will, and emotions we have now...along with our Spirits.
Heaven is wonderful, and it is an actual place...not clouds and smoke.
