No it's bad for you and smoking is good for you! Do you even need to ask? Running is great exercise and pretty cheap too!

How would it not be good for you? Of course it's good for you. It build muscle, cardiovascular endurance and it burns unhealthy fat. The only negatives I can think of would be possible injuries or over-doing it.

i think running or jogging regularly is very good for you. if your a guy you will get a nice body and if your a girl it will keep those pounds off. i run every day for an hour and a half.and every day i loose at least two pounds

Sure - its cardio exercise, and cardio helps you burn calories. Not only is it good for weight loss/weight control, its good to keep the heart, lungs and muscles all in top condition.

Neither are good for you because they are both hard on your joints. Brisk walking is best!!!!
