Strep throat usually begins suddenly, with a fever that peaks on the second day. Many also have sore throat, headache, stomachache, nausea, or chills.
More symptoms:
-red throat
-difficulty swallowing
-tender, swollen lymph nodes in the neck
-general discomfort, uneasiness or ill feeling
-loss of appetite
-rash
To know for sure if you have strep throat a throat swab can be tested for culture. You need to go to the doctors in case you need antibiotics.

Are the glands in your jaw area sore and swollen? Can you swallow solid foods? When I had strep throat I couldn't eat anything other than scrambled eggs, and I could barely swallow that. Doctors can tell with a quick swab test in the office if it is strep or not.

Throat will be covered with big white bumpy thingys--get thee to a doctor or clinic quickly--only way to get it gone is antibiotics--and a doctor needs to prescribe them!
P.S> not sure why the stomach ache--maybe just anxiety?

White spots on your tonsils, fuzzy tounge and a foul smell usually are characteristics of strep.
