First of all it's highly unlikely you actually have acne!! Acne is a skin disorder that is both very painful and would cover your entire face etc.... anyway...if you frequently get pimples it is probably due to a build up of oil on your face..it can also be caused by not drinking enough water so your skin gets dehydated and your pores get clogged!! The best thing to do is start drinking alot of water...it should reduce the amount of pimples you get!! Also a face wash won't do much because you don't get pimples because your face is dirty and if your skin is already dehydrated then this could cause more pimples!!
The best thing to do is to use a cleanser and toner...use a cleanser for oily skin..even if your skin appears dry because it probablt isn't dry...just dehydrated...and use a toner..any toner...this will reduce the appearance of the scars and keep your oil balance in your skin regulated and reduce pimples!!
Also steaming your face is good as it acts as a natural astringent(remove dead skin and crap from your face)
sorry about the essay lol

first of all-learn to spell it-it's ACNE. Next, dont pop the outbreak, it can cause scarring. There are many good products on the market now that work real well. Back when I was struggling with it OXY worked. It contained benzylperoxide. Not sure if that is still on the market. See a dermatologist if you are able. Sometimes a dermatologist can give you pills to take to help with it as well

Try to avoid popping them AT ALL COSTS. The ones that are super tiny and white at the top are OK, but remember that a scar can be left proportionate to the size of the zit itself. So, think about that when you are about to pop a zit. When one appeared on my nose, I would scratch at it, scrub at it- until it was gone. I wouldn't go for more than a day with one, but that's not a good idea at all.
When I was in 5th grade, I had so many zits that people thought I had the chicken pox, but it only lasted for 8 months or so, and then my complexion was clear again.
Do not pop.

If you pop them, just put aloe Vera Vaseline on after washing your face.
I first got zits in like 5th grade, and it got worse during Junior High. But once I began high school my face looks a lot better than it did when I was younger. I'm a sophomore & my face isn't all pimply now, and I haven't used any acne medication. I do occasionally get stress zits which I pop & put Vaseline on

when you pop them, don't use your fingernails, if you have to pop them use the ends of your fingers with out the nails, if it doesn't pop without too much pressure, don't try anymore- in my experience
