Is the TPC course in the Woodlands still a Public Golf Course? I am having trouble finding out.?

The Woodsland TPC is now the East Course at Woodlands Country Club. It sure looks like it is now a private course, based on the Web site. No greens fees, just membership information listed. And Wikipedia says it is private now.

Ownership of The TPC at Woodlands was transferred to the Woodlands Country Club. It is now Private
