Hobby Lobby, Joann's, and Michael's have the Simply Spray fabric paints. Unfortunately, no "brick and mortar" retailer will have all available colors, so getting them online is best for that.

Besides Joann's, any hobby shop may have it, design-t-shirt makers would have it, and if you look on the can, the manufacturer usually gives a website or customer service phone number. Call and ask who local distributors are.

acrylic spray paint works great on fabrics! just let it dry well before washing
most hardware stores carry it too

almost all fabric stores have it hobby stores have it sometimes but on-line would probally be easier
