There is only one way to heaven

John 14:6
Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.

We need to be born again, by turning to Jesus, accepting that gift of salvation that He offers to everyone.... turning from our sins and repenting and changing our lives to be more like Christ...

Yes, I have been promised a room in the mansion that the Father is building... I will be with Jesus in heaven

---------------------------------------------------------------
Amen. Amen. Amen. This is what I believe, but I was just wondering what others believe. And oh my, am I surprised at what they believe!

Christians, please, join me in praying for those who posted saying that they don't believe that there is a God, etc. Please, pray!

I know I would because I don't focus on being just a moral person who does right. I've accepted God's plan, admitted I'm a sinner and try every day to be perfecting towards the image of God. This is what God has told us to do, and this is what I try to do. Of course I'm not perfect but the point isn't perfection on your own strength, the point is "trying" with all your might, and if you fail then that's the beauty of God's forgiveness, you can get right back up and keep your eyes on your Savior. Running the race set before you each day, as though you're about to cross the finish line.... Running to God through Christ Jesus :)

No I don't think there is a heaven. Some would say heaven is not have existence. When you die there is total darkness with out awareness therefor you sense nothing, you feel nothing, and there is nothing. One would define this as eternal rest. That sounds like heaven to me.

So what is there to fear about death? Oh yea there is that Christian point of view that say If I don't accept the God version I will be punish for a time Christians can't decide on.

I don't believe in a perfect place called heaven that only certain club members can join. I believe that when we die, we all go to the same vast place; however, depending on how enlightened we are at our time of death, we may or may not choose the same kind of afterlives and we may not perceive the same realities when we get there.

I believe that when we die, we continue refining our interests and developing our souls. How can anybody in a human lifetime accomplish all that he wants to learn, do and become? We can't. Do we not (as spirit) want to continue to evolve and improve ourselves after death? But some of us may have more work to do after death than others to get to where we want to ultimately be, spiritually ...

When people attempt to define what makes us worthy of heaven, then people are presuming to be God, and NONE of us have the wherewithal to make those kinds of discriminating decisions. We are not God and we can not make judgments for him. Everybody is a sinner and heaven is full of sinners. :-)

And hell? Hell is simply an absence from God. I don't know how a spirit can burn in a fire. (lol) I think upon death when we learn there are better realities, not being able to break into and participate in those realities will be frustrating (like hell?) but we can commit to improve and raise our energy levels.

This is what I believe.

Accept Jesus as Lord is the way to Heaven. See Romans 10:9-13.
If I died today, I would be in Heaven.

Jesus said "I am the way the truth and the life."
The only way into heaven is through Christ Jesus, by repenting of your sins and living for Christ. He died on the cross as a sacrafice for our sins, while we were yet sinners Christ died for us.

You get to Heaven by turning away from your life of sin(rebellion against God's word, the Holy Bible)and asking Jesus Christ into one's life as Saviour and Lord. This is the way to make it to Heaven;Jesus Christ is the only Way:"Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved"(Acts 4:12)NIV.

Because I have turned from my sins and have received Jesus Christ into my life as my Saviour and Lord I have the assurance of going to Heaven when I die.Hallelujah!!!

How about you?

We are all saved by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. We are all sinners not capable of doing enough good works to gain our own merit with God. The punishment for our sin is death (eternal separation from God). God sent His son Jesus Christ to pay for our sin because God is just and holy and cannot allow sin into heaven. Christ paid for our sin at the cross. He lived a perfect life and he was the sacrifice. We have to turn from our sin and turn to Jesus Christ. We must place all our faith and hope in Him. We are not saved by works, but someone who truly loves Jesus will display faith in action, we obey Him because we love Him. I have been redeemed by the precious blood of the Lamb and I know with out a Shadow of a doubt that I will go to Heaven when I die.

Absolutely YES, And it sure isn't because of anything I have done. All my righteous works are as filthy rags to God, My salvation comes from my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ alone and that is the only way anybody will see Heaven. Take care and may God bless you.
