Ive been thru several deeply traumatic experiences. I had cancer and Jesus appeared to me and healed me. I run everyday about 3 miles. I am totally addicted to exercise and shaping my body thru diet and exercise. It is 2 me like drugs in a good way. My brothers say I am totally full of Chutzpuh...( bold nerve ). I have had a very volitile temper at tymez but am totally addicted to laughter. Whats my diagnosis spiritually or otherwise ? Alot of people have also said I have a " narcissistic " personality but I dont feel that at all. ( now be nice )

I would say that you are full of life and driven by your passions.
You don't let things stand in your way and you push yourself to be the best at what you believe in.
That's to be admired.
Balance always, and a sense of peace...and you're in a good place! :)

I am not assuming anything about your traumatic experiences, I may not completely understand them as I have not been in your shoes. However, to some extent we all have had hurts and pains. A couple of things which may be helpful for you:
I do not know this person (who happens to be Messianic, that is a Jewish follower of the risen Messiah) but for whatever it is worth, there is neurologist & psychiatrist who is an MD who makes use of dreams (dream interpretation) to work with the unconscious. Please note I am note suggesting in the least that seeing a physcolgist is the anwser, as I don't specifically know, just pointing an option out there. You may find out more about their offerings and free articles at the site:

I really enjoy running also, its quite envigorating, but the impact of doing this every day is hard on your joints. I recomend taking some days off each week from running. If you still want the exercise you can walk on these days or swim or cycle.

Congratulations, Its wonderfull for you to be cancer survivor! Again, I do not know the specifics of your spiritual situation, but perhaps its an indication that you should get to know this Jesus on a personal level.
When life is ok for us, we all tend to forget our weaknesses and vunerabilities, but there will be a day when all of our bodies wear out and fail. If you let Him, He may comfort you through your trauma, chisel away at your temper, walk with you through chemo treatment, but most importantly, cure you of the most fatal kind of cancer, that of the soul. In order for one to be full in the inner person, they must have life. To have life, they must have the source of life. He is the source.
Best wishes on your journey!

To be honest, you are a person who had an awesome experience with God. You now have a desire to be closer to Him, but the anger is not fruit(result) of the Spirit. You need to grow. You are also addicted to laughter, you should be addicted to Jesus. I see that you can crucify your flesh, but have a hard time crucifying your feelings. In my opinion, you have a wonderful start, but I think that your life is out of balance. I suggest to you to seek the fullness of the Holy Ghost by being faithful to a local Church. Read your Bible daily and develop your prayer life, keep pressing in, so that you can finish the race and receive the high prize which is in Christ Jesus. I have no doubt that you will finish the race.

As said by the Christian God, I believe that is the one you follow. The Body is the Temple of the soul. If you are caring for your body, you are keeping your spirit in a clean well conditioned house. Emotions that run High or low are something that occurs to most. Many either use them as an excuse to act harmful to others and many also crush them so they do not upset people around them. Neither of these are a balanced behavior. We all have them. What we can do with them is to share them with others. Some of us are more enthused than others. But we need people with enthusiasm to lift up the rest of us. and you are a lift to people like myself and I am sure others. My Diagnosis of you is A wonderful right minded woman.

1.Spiritual realm resonates at a much much higher speed than ours.
2. Exercise speeds up our energy levels. I defy anyone to say they do not feel lighter in mood after exercise.
Your answer is - you have tasted/felt something good and you want it again even if you have to run after it.
There are other ways also - meditation/prayer (not the beseeching kind) and then let go. So perhaps you can temper your journey/race for life with quiet moments also. They will both get you there. With love to you on your race for life.

If your looking for a diagnosis, see a doctor. If you have a narcissistic personality disorder, the votile temper would be a symptom, but there would have to be other things in place as well. See a psychiatrist and find out. Good Luck.

Spiritually i think you are on the verge of falling into the pit. You are gradually replacing God with your own appearance. i will bet that you spend more time on your body than you do in worship don't you? This is just another trap the devil is setting for you. How would you feel if your cancer suddenly came back? would it destroy you? would it destroy your beliefs in God and Jesus? Just by the way you talk i think that it would. Put down the weights for a moment and honestly thank Jesus for everything he has given you. It seems like you have lost sight of why he saved you. (It wasn't so you could work on your body that's for sure.)

Getting over the cancer bug by conquering self indulgence is not an addiction or a bad thing. What you seem to be saying is through JESUS you overcame self.

So spiritually I would say you are in the camp with the winners.

And God bless your recovery and keep you in his will.

It sounds like you are a person who had a bad experience and came out a stronger and better person because of it. You are very health conscious and want to take care of your body. Since you realized you can't just sit back and let something like cancer get the best of you it has become your trait to face challenge head on. All in all I would say you are a gutsy person who likes to enjoy life.

Sounds like your 'Born again'.

It is not a bad thing to better yourself and feel proud of the change or yourself -in general, vanity on the other hand usually means you are not happy with yourself and that projects onto others which in turn will effect every relationship you have or could have had.
