You've had a dinner roll, two slices of bread and COOKIES? Helk, after all those carbs, throw in the towel and order a pizza. Start over tommorow.

How about something nutritious? Yogurt, cottage cheese, low fat protein such as turkey or roast beef would be nice. Or a chef salad with sliced turkey and cheese, tomatoes, eggs, and dressing. Or, you could make a smoothie with fresh fruit and juice.

How about some fruit? An apple and an orange and then maybe some soup or a big salad. Or steamed vegetables and rice?

Try an apple. It's crisp and sweet, and filling. Or try some low fat yogurt. It sounds like you haven't had anything with calcium yet today.
