No i wouldnt. lol. If someone shouted "I LOVE JESUS" i would shout "AMEN"
To the other answerers before me: y r some of u so negative? if someone wants to show how much they love Jesus by shoudting it, whats wrong with that? It is not crazyness (unless u see love for someone as crazy, that is)
In the bible ...i think it might have been david, but im not sure...ran in his birthday suit cos he loved God so much....and ye, its sound a bit weird, but if u read the whole story, its makes some sense.

I answer no to your question. I wouldn't find it odd. I would see it as an clearly expressed and outspoken form of insanity.

Possibly I would even run from the place. If this yelling person seemed crazy and threatening enough.

enthusiasm for the Lord being well and good, someone screaming Anything out of the blue makes me kinda nervous...and well, it Is a bit odd...
but since you specify them screaming I Love Jesus, i guess i would do my best to overlook it, unless they were doing anything threatening or crazy.

That is insanity.I love Jesus and may give testimony at a Church,or a sermon but do not scream anything in public.
