what gender? how many? there are some factors youve left out...
6 girls and 4 guys.... depends on your style i guess... ever heard of circle of death?? take a pack of cards.. maybe two in this case and put them out in a circle where every card is overlapped a little. take a piece of paper and label it

make rules for each card drawn, and create a 'death' rule for whoever breaks the circle.
my friends and i play this, and you can incorporate a lot of different games into the rules. typical rules are
4-wh*res(girls drink)
6-d*icks (boys drink)
waterfalls (card drawer starts then the next person, then the next, and you cant stop till the person who started before you stops)
spin the bottle (kinda childish, but make it fun like fifteen second makeout)
flashing
etc etc etc

I do not drink and have never been drunk, but I know a lot of people who like pictionary or games you have to play out the word you choose.
I think you can have as much fun without drinking. It just depends on who your friends are and the personalities you have and if they are open to having fun. There is Taboo that people like to play, plain ole Monopoly, card games of different sorts, etc.... Whatever you choose, or they will help you choose, I am sure, they will have fun, just be safe.
