scanning 5*7 pictures to the computer?

How can you blow up a 5*7 picture to a 8*7, when you have scanned it to the computer. Is the anyway if so please tell me? Thanks alot Yahoo!

Edit it in your scanner's editor. If you want to print it, open a Word document and insert the picture
(Insert, Picture, from file ....)

Right-click on the picture
Format Picture
