Yes, it will most likely decrease, but that depends on your activity level and your height, as well as natural metabolism. If you're sedentary (no activity) your weight will decline but very gradually.

Here's a link to a metabolism calculator...you enter in your weight, height, age, activity level, etc, and it tells you how many calories a day your body will need. If you eat less calories than you need, you will lose weight.

it may but you need more calories than that. It also depends on your metabolism, age, and how much you exercise. Actually cutting calories doesn't help much because your metabolism slows down to almost nothing and you will have no energy to do anything. Instead of cutting try to eat good calories, like those you'd find in fruits, veggies, and other healthy foods. This will boost your metabolism and help you lose weight if that is indeed what you're trying to do.

It sure will,if you are a woman150 -175 lbs.and trying to lose.It will not lower your energy,it will actually give you more.Too many calories will make you lethargic.Be sure to drink PLENTY of water throughout the day.Sip it until you have consumed about 64 ounces.20 minutes of weight bearing exercise ( walking, running, swimming)willl get the weight off.Be patient.Losing at a rate of 2-3 pounds a week will keep it off.Any faster, and you will gain it back plus more.

The average daily intake of calories for men is 2550. Taking in half that much would seem to cause you to lose weight. With you weighing 140 lbs. it might not be a good idea unless you're like 4 ft. tall and I sort of doubt that you are.

Yes it would but it is not healthy. At 140 you should be eatin 1800-2000. At the LEAST 1500, you would loose weight at 1500 calories safely. Nothing less than that though.

That's a good diet right there. Drink a lot of water. Eat healthy ie. fruits, vegetables.

But you also need to be active in a sport or do some form of cardio (jogging, spin class) for atleast half an hour, if you wish to lose weight.

Depends on how much you eat now. If you eat 3000 a day, you will lose, if you eat 600 a day, you will gain.

You are reported for your nude picture. You know that is prohibited. No nudity allowed. There are children on here. I suggest you remove it before they delete your account. If you must have that stuff, go to an adult site.

only if your burn enough calories as well

One pound of fat equals 3,500 calories

So add 1,200 to 3,500 and that is the total of calories you need to burn to loose one pound.

They do make calorie counting watches that counts the calroies burned for you.
