Coke ribs are truly great. very tender.
soak in coke overnight
bake in oven for about 2 3/4 hours @ 300 degrees.
throw on the grill and add the sauce then for about the last 15 minutes.
or if you don't use the grill, bake 3 hours and add the sauce the last 15 minutes.

If you put the sauce on too early, you will burn the sauce.

Sprinkle a good meat seasoning over them - like Montreal Steak Seasoning, Garlic Pepper etc. Put them on a pan and put about a half cup of water in. Cover tightly with foil. Bake for at least 4 hours at about 200-225 degrees. This will make them very tender. Cook longer the slower the better. Take them out cover with BBQ sauce and cook on Hot grill. These will be the best you have ever had! Will fall off the bone!!

easiest thing in the world. first-cut the slab in half. on the back of the ribs is a membrane. peel it off. some butchers will do it for you. it can be tough to get it started but then just peel. place them on a large rack on top a large cookie sheet. like a jelly roll pan. you can use something smaller just make sure they're on a rack. put just a little water in the bottom of the pan. enough to make steam. cover with foil but leave one end slightly open to vent. put them in the oven at 275-300 degrees. let them cook at least 3 hrs.depending how meaty they are. poke them with a fork to check tenderness. cook them longer if needed. about the last 15-20 min uncover them, flip them over and put on the sauce then flip them back and put sauce on the top. let them cook about 20 more min uncovered. it may sound like along time but it's well worth it. they fall off the bone. enjoy.
