You Can Try But, Usually It Doesn't Improve The Conditioning Much And Can Just Make Your Hair "Heavy" Or "Greasy". Deep Conditioners Are Formulated Differently Than "Instant" Conditioners (Which Usually Work More On The Surface Of The Hair).

U can always leave your conditioner on for a bit longer then normal But u will not get the same results as a deep conditioner that u would get from your hairstlyist. They have stronger chemicals in them that do MORE WORK on the hair. Give u more protein ect. I would suggest if your hair is pretty dry To get the real thing.- Im a hairstlyist... GL!
