[15:90-91] We will deal with the dividers. They accept the Quran only partially.
Islam is not radical by any standard as realized by studying its scripture, the Quran . There, however, appeared among the Muslims over the last 14 centuries groups of radicals who interpreted Islam in a totally corrupted way to serve their political and social agenda. While it is true that there are radical Muslims, there has never been a radical Islam as the media like to call it. Using the term radical Islam is the wrong use that reflects an ignorance with the facts.
These radical Muslims changed the teachings of Islam using the man made books of Hadiths and sunna (sayings and traditions falsely attributed to prophet Muhammad) that contradict the Quran and allow them all kinds of oppression, aggression and terrorism. By doing so, they have been breaking all the peaceful teachings of God in the Quran. They even broke the laws of the Quran itself by

You have made your question very clear, it seems you have tried to get people to believe that not all Muslims should suffer for the acts of the few. I hope you are a Muslim yourself because if you are then you already know what I am going to tell you.
Forget what you read from the media about the studies into the religion and scripture and about them all being bloodthirsty crazed unjust people who want to take over the planet. Lots of them are honest people and just want to live in harmony with the rest of the world and coexist peacefully. They do this because if everyone knew the truth then the world would stand together with the Muslims. Respecting them all would be a huge step forward with the aim of making this planet a better place to live.
HOW IS THAT, UNTRACE?

It seems we live in extreme times! Globalization, I feel, has spawned this tendency towards extremism in the world. Obviously, it doesn't just affect Islam, look at the fundamentalist Christians in the United States who want to control everyone with their words of hate and intolerance.
People are scared because the world has shrunk considerably due to technology. We seem to have so much more to worry about today. When people become fearful they naturally react, but not necessarily in constructive ways. Hence is born extremism in all its guises.
One can only hope that reason and compassion will eventually win out over hate and extremism.

Well, they said it very well on the news...apparently, it is the responsibility of every good Muslim to push for a theocratic government wherever they live. So, first, Muslims move to a country where they can have employment to provide for their families. At first, they exist peacefully in the community (you know in places like France and Great Britain), but as they grow in numbers, the requirements (become demands) of pushing for theocracy sprout. The proof of this new form of colonialism, is the FACT that Lebanon, used to be a Christian country, and now is Islamic. Of course, just as in Palestine, the simple violence of the warring faction of Islam, and their open hatred of the west and Christians, makes the once important tourism industry falter, and thus the self fulfilling (and self created) of poverty comes upon the heads of the citezens. When will Islam wake up and realize that the act of blaming the west for their condition is tantamount to the racist outcries of minorities in the west?
You can not really expect anyone to believe that everything wrong in an Islamic country, the poverty, beheadings, abuse of their women, is the result of western meddling?
Just as I do not subscribe to the deceipt of western media as regards what I pay for a gollon of gas, you people would do well to come to your senses and understand that ypou are being grossly manipulated by your religious and political leaders. When you stop offering the lives of your children for the goals of your so-called leaders, and the people of the west do the same, maybe the wailing over the unnecessary slaughter will stop.

Yes, you are right. Those people took Islam and tore it to pieces and rebuilt it using the most foul ideas ever!
Islam is a peaceful religion, but those terrorists are going to hell.
In Islam, killing and suicide are condemned by Allah. In my opinion, those terrorists are not Muslims anyways.

Very good point, and nice of you to illustrate for others since so few realize that Islam isn't always "one extreme or the other", there are many who are very intelligent and approach Islam with altruism and wisdom.
Just my Buddhist POV.

Pity the Qu'ran, even in the absence of the Hadith, is contradictory on the way Muslims are to approach other followers of Yahweh and the way they are to approach non-believers.
When it boils down to it, Qu'ran gives other followers of Yahweh this choice:
1. Convert
2. Pay jizya and accept being second class citizens
3. Die
Non-followers of Yahweh do not receive the second choice, having only 'covert or die' offered to them.
This is not peaceful coexistence.
I recognize and acknowledge that the terrorists are extremists, and that most muslims do live for peace. But the simple fact is, a muslim who lives for peace lives contrary to the teachings of Qu'ran, and according to Qu'ran will pay the price when they face Allah on the day of Judgement.
And yes, I've read the Qu'ran, three times.
