A friend of mine had never done coke before and she did 4 lines and rubbed a little on her gums and got a a chest pain for about an hour after using it. What is this a sign of, why did it happen and did she do too much? To make it clear I did NOT do coke, but I was a little concerned about her and wanted some input from anyone who is experienced on this subject. Thanks.

Your friend got chest pains because coke totally f*cks up your heart. Which I thought was common knowledge even to people who do it, but I guess not. If she wants to die just tell her to keep blowing lines. Seriously.

It was probably gas from the carbonation in the coke

The first line of cocaine was too much. If I were you, I would be very concerned that she tried it in the first place.

In all honesty...your friend likely came close to ODing.

Tell your friend that there are (common) drugs in use out there in that crowd that can kill EACH time they are used!

Get her to the ER. Snorting a drug is not normal anyways.
