Yes, we are all decended from brother-sister marriages. This custom still exists in some areas of the world today!
It wasn't forbidden in the Jewish religion until the Law was given to Moses, so don't worry about any "ex post facto" spirituality being applied to Adam and Eve's children.
It isn't really a good idea genetically, given all the inheirited diseases we have in the world today, but perhaps that wasn't a problem Post-Creation.
BTW, Abel never married. He was murdered before he could marry. All of the humans on earth trace their lineage through Seth, the third named son given to Adam and Eve. He also would have married his sister!
Doesn't bother me any.

I don't believe so....
Genesis 4:17
Cain was banished from the land.....
Next he laid with his wife....
Up to this point...Adam & Eve had only 2 sons. 1 was now dead & there was nobody for Cain to marry documented as coming from Adam & Eve.
So, in order to have a wife, I take it....there must of been other humans running around that were made....just not in the garden of Eden.
Good question......
Another question I ponder.....
Did Lamech kill Cain? Gen 4:23.

No. Genesis chapter 1 states that GOD created BOTH man and women on the sixth day. Genesis chapter 2 states that Yahweh created Adam, and then at a later time Eve, sometime after the Sabbath. Adam and Eve were the creation of Yahweh, there were already other humans in other tribes on earth when they were created.

Don't think "brother and sister". Think the "start of human gene pool" instead.
Today, we have too much of a "pedigree" effect ...
eg: the original Dog would have had the genes to create all breeds. (just keep breeding the biggest hairiest to each other to get St Barnards and the smallest baldest and you'd get Chiuahuas).
Likewise, Adam and Eve were the ultimate cross racial gene pool of history. Shem (3rd son) marrying his sister would not be a problem.

able was too dead to marry anything but maggots. Cain went to the land of nod and married someone who was created on the sixth day . Adam and eve were created after the 7th day. Read about it in Genesis chapter one verses 27-31,it tells you man was created on the sixth day. Genesis chapter 2 verses1-3 tells how he rested on the 7th day. genesis 2 verses 4-7 tells of creating adam after he rested . sorry no inbreeding was involved here. The name of the 6th day created lady I believe was Lilith.
