yesturday i used a bleaching kit to try to lighten my hair from dark brown to blonde, it changed the roots to blondish yellow then the bottom to a reddish orange color,,i called the customer service number and she said i could redye the ends but be careful for breakage at the roots. so i dyed it again the same color. for some reason the roots(i didn't dye again 2nd time) got yellower and the bottom is now a yellowish orange color, my hair around my ears fill iratated so i dont want to do anymore dyes right now. is there any other way to get the color out or down in brightness for now? when can i dye it back to a darker color..my eyebrows are dark still and i look crazy.

home hair color..... a colorists nightmare/godsend.
get out your checkbook or creditcard and go see your stylist/colorist. NOW.

there is no way to tell you over the internet what to do.
if i can't see it i can't tell you how it needs to be fixed. i can't see the color.
the colorist will choose a shade darker than the darkest shade of orange and tone it down. more than 2 or 3 colors might be needed, though; which is why you shouldn't try to fix it at home.
sorry.

You Can Use A No-Peroxide/No-Ammonia Color (Like BORN BLONDE Found In The Beauty Supply) OR A No-Ammonia/LOW-Peroxide Formula (Like Natural Instincts Or Casting) To Cover And Even-Out (Somewhat) The Color Untill Your Hair And Scalp Are Ready For A More Permanent Fix. Good-Luck!

Ok I have said this to a billion people now, peroxide is a natural bleach. It takes the dye out of your hair so it will be a light color, then you can start all over again and dye it back to normal.

ok first of all you shouldn't have ever dyed it the second time that is really bad for your hair!!!that causes breakage and could damage your hair really bad your suppose to wait at least 5 months before re dying your hair but anyways there is no way of getting it back to your orignial color if you mix colors it could possibly turn your hair green so don't do that!!! and i would sy use a dark color rinse to see if it will make it a little darker or use dawn detergant!!! i hope everything turns out good anymore question write me at kimmysims10@yahoo.com!!!!!!!!!!!!

Start washing and dont use conditioner...it holds the color in. The more you wash the less dramatic it will be. Next time leave it in longer and for added peace of mind buy this little bottle of stuff from salleys to add to your dye to keep that from happening sry im not sure what its called.

You need to go to a professional. They can take the color out of your hair. In the future, for a lighter hair color, you need to get high lights. Don't do it at home though. Dark hair is difficult to deal with.

geeze, never be a blonde, and never try and dye your hair blonde! it looks nasty no matter what. haha. but there isnt anything you can do for the color right now, just try and pull it up and do hairstyles that dont really focus on your hair. but i would dye it back as soon as possible. and make suer you put the dye in right, becuase your hair is different colors. good luck, hope it gets better!

You poor thing!

Have you tried washing your hair to rid it of the dye? Usually when one gets their hair dyed, they don't wash their hair for 24 hours because the chemicals lighten/remove the color.

I recommend calling your usual hair dresser and have her look at your hair. She/He would be able to tell you what to do.

There is the washable dye shampoo at wal-mart you buy that wash it in your no side effects. If you don't like wash it a few times it will come out+ works on eye brows too

thats why you should always read the warnings or whatever.

sometimes its says dont use on dark hair.
cause thats probably not a good thing to do.
sometimes it says DARK HAIR ONLY
cause its a special formula.

right now all i can say is dry a hair color remover.

goodluck.
