Holy Saturday at noon I believe. That is the Saturday before Easter Sunday

Lent starts on Ash Wednesday, lasts 40 days not counting Sundays and ends on Holy Saturday, the day before Easter.
In 2007, Ash Wednesday will fall on February 21 and Easter on April 8.

Not counting Saturdays is in fact not silly, but actually a key component to the end calculation. It is certainly understandable that this is not a widely known fact however. Many people simply assume it is forty days and come up with Palm Sunday. As you can see from the information from the cited websites however, Holy Thursday (the beginning of the Triduum) is in fact the end of Lent for Catholics.
If anyone has given something up for Lent, hold on for Thursday evening. You're almost there!

Lent ends on Palm Sunday. Count 40 days from the beginning and you will end up on Palm Sunday, the person that said you don't count Sundays is silly, Lent is the 40 days that Jesus spent in the Desert and thus ends when he came back (again Palm Sunday), do you think that Jesus was sitting in the freaking desert and thought... Hm-mm I think I will not count the Sabbath as one of the days I spent here, 40 consecutive days seems too short.

Lent ends of Wednesday of Holy Week, and the Triduum begins on Holy Thursday.

After the celebration of the Easter Vigil on Holy Saturday night/wee hours of Sunday. There is no exact 'clock' time when it ends. It ends whenever the vigil does in your parish church.
