No, the Learjet 24 requires two pilots. Learjet did win certification for single-pilot operation with the Learjet 23, but after FAA testing, the requirement was changed back to two pilots. Aircraft in the Transport Category greater then 12,500 lbs. must have two pilots. The Cessna Citation 500 SP has been certified for single-pilot. The pilot must also be trained to fly single-pilot.

Unfortunately 2 pilots are required, that's why Cessna produced and still produces many more of its Citation line, then Bombardier does of it's Learjet line. Cessna also comes with lower operating costs, and better product services.

Mach-92 is correct, also the honda jet, and cirrus jet will be single pilot certified. It however is against the law to operate a Lear 24, or any lear for that matter w/o a first officer.

All information that I found led me to believe that it is a 2 crew cockpit... obviously it is possible to fly it with one person, as an commercial or private airplane is... but it is certified for 2 crew
