What is your reality of life and how do you exercise your soul?

Fast and have Faith!
Get closer to him in prayer and reading the Ancient and Credible Text, the Holy Bible.

the reality is that I am here right now. i guess I've never thought about exercising my soul, but i suppose meditation would be good for it.

My reality of life is that the universe has order, and I am in it... is there a reason for me being in it? Maybe not, maybe I'm just here to be me, I don't know, but maybe I'll find out after I'm dead... then again, I may just be wormfood after I'm dead, either way doesn't bother me much... I don't care how we got here, what matters is that we're here now. Divinity made the rules, and makes sure that they don't get broken, It's too busy to take a one-on-one interest in how we're doing on a daily basis, but prayer/spellwork/hoping if enough of your own energy is put into it might get It's attention. The goal is to do the best you can with what you are given.

How do I excercise my soul? I go out into Divinity's Creation and enjoy what It has made possible for me. See, like right now, I'm going to go get my prescription renewed so I can get a new pair of glasses, then I'm going to go fishing... while I'm fishing, I'm going to appreciate my surroundings and today's beautiful weather. If I catch anything worth keeping, I will not only thank Divinity, but I will thank the fish, then I will come home, clean it, cook it, thank Divinity and the fish again, and chow down. Good excercise, huh?

Why have I come to these beliefs? They are where my heart and soul have led me.
