Dry and/or greasy skin due to poor oil composition of the skin. Thick greasy oils clog pores, lack of oil leads to dryness and irritation. You need thin oils to moisturize while dissolving and clearing gunk in your poors. Try fish oil or seafood. 2 tsp fish oil a day or 4 servings of seafood a week. Stick it out for at least 2 months; it will take a long time to replace all your oil. You want friendly bacteria to fill the void when the antibiotics stop, not harmful ones.

In the short term you might also try 100,000+ iu retinol vitamin A (a megadose, and too much for normal use) or one of the acne drugs that is similar to retinol vitamin A. It's some minor harm to your organs, but it helps against bacteria on your skin. At least it doesn't have the other long term drawbacks to your skin that antibiotics and many scrubs do.

vitamen e cream works really well, so does mederma. here's what i do , when i get out of the shower i use vitamen e cream on my scar instead of other lotion and then every night before i go to bed iput mederma on it, it really works,my scar is almost invisible. other wise foundation works well, there are even surgeries if you want to go that extreme, but dont give up on mederma for a few months , good things take tong

it depends on how big and deep is the scar, but one thing i do know is that if is not too big and not too deep, you should try arnica ointment , or a lotion for stretch marks, that will work too. the trick with all of these ointments is to be consistent. do it, 3 times a day, or even more, and you will see results, fast. there is another latin product named
"baba de caracol" you shoul try it, is very effective on scars!.
or if you feel like nothing is working, and your scar is big, try to consult a plastic surgeon, for what is called, "microsurgery" wich will reduce the scar and even erase it from your skin!.
