I am doing dumbbell curls.
When should I change the weight?
I usually change the weight when I reach 4 sets of 10
Should I change weight at 4 sets of 8 instead or do less sets?

What is the object? If the object is to get more muscles--you should have changed it already. You should be doing 3 sets of 10 with the max weight you can lift 3 sets. Then you should do 3-5 lifts of the max weight you can do.
