However, if you want to lose weight it would be healthy to lose 1 to 2 pounds a week. Try to replace junk food with healthy foods, and add a little bit more exercise into your routine. Being 100 pounds at your height would be underweight. Try to aim for a healthier goal, such as 110 ounds in 6 weeks, but at your age and size you definitley do NOT need to lose weight.

117 isnt a lot of wieght and to lose a pound a day is almost impossible. 1 to 2 pounds a week is a healthy way to lose wieght. If your not starving yourself

It's possible but will be difficult.
Try eating things with absolutely no added sugar. None. Look at the ingredients and if you see sugar, don't eat it.
Sit on the edge of your bed and do sit-ups. Try some jumping jacks as well.
For beverages, drink plenty of water and medium to small amounts of Gatorade. Drink small amounts of fruit juice and a small amount of milk daily and do not drink anything else. No soda pop. None.
As far as food goes, try to eat as small a meal as you can.

that's too much weight to lose in that amount of time. you should weight closer to 110. 117 isn't that bad. you could lose 7 lbs in that time period if you eat right, drink lots of water, and exercise every day for at least 30 minutes.

YES BUT FIRST CONTROL YOUR DIET. DONT EAT FRY FOOD. TRY TO EAT ON LOW WEIGHT FOOD AND START PLAYING 2HOURS MORE.
