you can freeze just about anything once but i dont recommend refreezing it because it can loose flavor and texture

Yes you may, however, the texture and flavor will change and it will loose its body, meaning you´re gonna get it watery and not as thick as originally intended.

What you can successfully freeze is tomato paste, there, as much as you want and you´ll be fine. Good luck!

you can, but I wouldn't reccomend it. Refreezing the tomato sauce will give it a really funky aftertaste once you cook it again, and no amount of garlic will be able to mask that...

You could try canning it, though. I've heard that works pretty well.

Yes, you can, but thaw it overnight in the fridge............and when you're reheating it, you might want to add a 6 oz can of tomato PASTE to thicken it up some, as it tends to get a bit watery once frozen.....but the tomato paste takes care of that with no problem.......Enjoy!!!

You can but you should probably cook it first and then re freeze it when it has cooled down so that you kill the bacteria that is in it. You should only re freeze it once and you should use it again within 30 days. Thanks... that will be 30.00

yes you can, if it has cream or dairy added to it, then they will separate out and you will need to stir them/blend them together when it thaws otherwise it will be watery and thin, why not keep it in the fridge and use as a base for pasta tomorrow ?
