Push it over, either with an other vehicle, or get a few friends to help.

If the vehicle is in a place where children can easily get to it, e.g. an unfenced plot of land or public highway, then you should report it to the council highway department and emphasise that it is dangerous. They will arrange for its removal.
You could try the police but they will only intervene after you've called the council and been told that it'll take about a week to remove it.
If the police know that the council won't act for several days AND they see that it is dangerous then they will have it shifted very quickly - and send the bill to the owner.

Depends which country you are in and where the vehicle is. In the UK it is illegal to carry out repairs to a vehicle on a public highway...if you talk to the owner and get no joy then your best bet it is to have a word with the local council and the police.....depending on who owns the vehicle, it may be best to contact the police first!

I would check with the owner (if they are available) and tell them your concerns. Ask them to move it asap. If they don't respond I would call the police and report the problem. It sounds like a very dangerous situation for the children in the neighborhood. Good Luck, Shanna

NO win situation. The owner will probably take offence if you speak with him, kids will abuse you if you try and warn them, and do you really think the police will respond this year?. Your only hope is the highways department of your local council.

i would do nothing, everbody has the right to do road side maintenance the same way parents have the right to not educate kids in road and street safety. the only safe place for kids is in front of the goggle box being quiet.
