scotch is a drink, scottish is description. as in I am Scottish. You are not scotch unless you are a bottle of booze.

Whichever you want to call them, these tasty pub food treats are really good........Why they never caught on in this country is a mystery to me.......some "British" style or themed pubs in the States are just about the only place that you'll find them.....And the recipe that the young lady just gave is right on.....BTW, panko are Japanese bread crumbs.....avail in the international section of the grocery...........Enjoy!!!
