My almost 4yr old neutered tom.....?

...has started dribbling profusely. He seems ok in his character but is just dribbling, any ideas why????

You need to take him to the vet ASAP. He could have a partial blockage of his urethra, which unfortunately is not uncommon in neutered males, especially if your cat is at all overweight. It is very important for him to see the vet right away if this is the case, so that he does not block entirely. The vet can catheterize him and get him on antibiotics, and put him on a special cat food to help prevent future blockages.
