Try not to overdo it because with such little time you don't want to wear yourself out. I would try to work out a little every day. Try these excercises:
Jog around for 15 minutes
Do some sit-ups!!
Practice with a hacky-sack (this will help your foot coordination a lot!)
Look around the internet for some drills with a soccerball
Eat very healthy!!
Whatever you do don't overdo it the last couple days. I hope this helps!

It depends on what you've been doing recently. If you haven't had much activity, you should definitely run to get your endurance up. Bit if you're already in ok shape I would work more with the ball. Also plyometric actvities that improve speed and agility would help a lot like high knees and jumping.. Definitely do some distance running, but the best thing I think you could do is get together with people and play soccer, this will help build up the muscles that you need, and get tou used to the movements more.

Like they all said, RUN!
I think Tae Bo is a great way to get in shape fast, maybe try some Power Yoga, or something with energy. Never just sit, always keep your leg muscles moving!

Run. A lot. Try running up hill, or on a trail in the woods. That will build your endurance.

i'm in soccer too.... wat u need to do is run everyday, you need to do like up downs on the ball, kick the ball up against the wall, run and kick the ball at the same time, and push yourself alot.
