This has happened to me, too. It's a form of lucid dreaming.
If it happens often and is too much for you to handle, see a specialist about it. It could be triggered by something you do, or feel, or eat... so experiment with that.
I used to get them on and off for about two years and then one day they just went away and I haven't had one since. I'm not sure what caused them. Sorry I can't be of much help. Good luck... I know they are creepy. :(

I've done that but in my case, I could hear voices bt couldn't open my eyes because I was so tired. I think it's a normal thing that many people go through.

it is not that much nessesery to see the doctor,in my opinion u dont have inough self counfidence and u are alil bit alone try to learn marshal arts and find a real bow or friends trhat they really do protact u,,just try to be more relax .
