It can happen yes. Of course, you want to keep her away from any Males because her body has not fully recovered from having the Pups.

However; if you see anything out of the ordinary from past Heat cycles, then be concerned it could be a Post Birthing/Whelping problem such as an infection or other Female issue.

Might not be bad idea to have her blood tested or a smear taken to make sure this isn't something since Heat is pretty unusual this quick after having a Litter. I doubt her Hormone levels are even back to normal since she may even still be lactating.

Dogs are pretty regular. They don't come into season so soon after having pups. But anything is possible. I guess it depends on the breed and how often you breed her.

It's not likely, but possible I guess... More likely it'll be approx 6 months from the time she was bred. They tend to keep their cycle fairly consistent.
