Now it is 8 ounce. Did they make it smaller??

i have only ever seen the blocks in 4 or 8 ounces. never 12. the tubs come in 12 I think.

The blocks of cream cheese come in 4, and 8 oz, typically, I think that the whipped tubs that you can find in the same section of the grocery are 12 oz, but you might want to check that out for sure......Enjoy!!!
