If I record a film with a analog camera and then convert it with a converter to digital. Will the result be the same
as a recording with a digital camera?

No, you lose quality with Analog, pick up artificats.

Although to be frank a lot of people still like BetacamSP and even though is about half of digital in resolution, it's generally better than most in color and spectrum.

There is a difference between Analog and Digital which you can compare by quality no result will be different.
Even if you convert quality could be less.

The best result you can get by this:

You can make easily your analog vidoes in to digital. Attach analog video player to digital video camera and record. The new recording will be digital.

It depends on a lot of things, but mostly on the quality of scanner you use. I have both a Nikon SLR (film), and Nikon DSLR (digital) that I use the same lenses with. I find when I get better prints with the SLR, but better digital images with the DSLR.
