Sounds great. And, with Easter right around the corner, Lamb is the perfect entree'.
I recommend any sauce made from the Bhut Jolokia pepper for the perfect compliment to mint jelly.

you know the red Tabasco sauce? Well they also do a Green Tabasco sauce, not as blisteringly hot but fabulously savoury and really easy to pour on rice (delicious), makes it really interesting. Look out for that. Having said that, however, doesn't Whiskas Lamb Chunks come in a savoury sauce ... why on earth would you want to disguise the deliciously meaty slop in the first place?
