My problem is that i am not fluent in english.when i start speaking ill be stopped somewhere, i am in short of words.Is there any site which gives us idioms and phrases?

Really, it sounds like what you need are good English speaking friends you can talk with a lot. Practice, practice, practice with a native speaker will help you more than any website.

You have made the big step in stating that you want to speak good English. There are service in most areas where you can attend classes free and taught by volunteers. Good luck and God Bless you. Too bad so many non Americans don't give it some effort.

Watch alot of english movies and tv shows, then if you hear a something you like then repeat it over and over. Like saying, "I'll be back!" everytime you leave a room.
