I am having an easy staple at my house- Cola Brisket. Just place a trimmed brisket (or any tough cut of beef) into crockpot with two cups of cola and a can of tomato paste.I let it cook low for 6 hours or so and dinner is served1

We're having my grandma's goulash. I finally recreated it after all these years that she's been gone. It even has green olives in it. Yum! Total comfort food.
