Can Diplopia be caused by an L10 -palsey?

It is unlikely that a nerve palsy at that level of your spinal cord could affect your vision. All of the muscles for vision are contained in cranial nerves 3, 4 and 6, which are located in the inferior/ventral aspect of the brain.
