We're engaged in a new mission.

Unfortunately, unlike the previous "depose Saddam" mission, this one has no clear objectives, no measurable goals, and no finish line. Which is why Congress seeks to impose one.

It was a slip of tongue. What Bush really means was that "minor operations" were at an end. "Major " operations were still to come in the form of the seizure of Iraqi oil fields...Long before the start of the war, operations were already in place for thousands of US troops to stand ready to "protect those oil fields," and they did just that.

So---you can't tell the difference between "major operations" and what's going on now? You really can't? This explains so much....

The war go's on welcome to reality...one of many missions accomplished in a phase of them and yes your @**... get a grip war is h.e.- double tooth picks, and there is no way past that...
