If you were a breeder, you would already know that you dont breed dogs under the age of 2 years old and you dont breed dogs that are not show quality champions that have no "family" history of any genetic disease and have been tested for various health problems.

FROM THE RESEARCH IVE DONE AND TALKING TO REGISTERED BREEDERS. MOST PEOPLE ARE SAYING WAIT TIL ATLEAST THE 3RD HEAT CYCLE. MY MOM HAS THE PARENTS TO MY PEKE AND THE FEMALE WAS 2 1/2 WHEN THEY BRED THEM BUT THEY ONLY DID IT ONCE. I WILL SAY THAT WHEN SHE HAD THE PUPS MY MOTHER HAD TO TAKE OFF WORK THE FIRST 3 WEEKS BC THE MOTHER PEKE WASNT EATING OR GOING OUT TO POTTY BC SHE WOULDNT LEAVE THEM AND SHE HAD TO BE HAND FED BAKED CHICKEN AND RICE EVERY 3 HRS. SHE HAD 5 WHICH IS ALOT SEEMING THAT PEKES USUALLY ONLY HAVE ABOUT 3. ID MAKE SURE THE FEMALE WHEN PREGNANT GOES TO THE VET ITS COMMON FOR SMALL FEMALES TO HAVE TROUBLE CARRYING AND DELIVERING BABIES. THE LAST PUP MY MOMS PEKE GAVE BIRTH TO CAME 6 HRS AFTER THE OTHERS AND MY MOM HAD TO HAND DELIVER IT AND CUT THE SACK AND CUT THE STRING, ITS JUST TEDIOUS, THIS PUP ENDED UP BEING THE ONE I HAVE NOW. PUPPIES ARE ALOT OF HARD WORK AND TIME, VET TRIPS, REMOVING DEW CLAWS, SHOTS, FINDING GOOD OWNERS, MAKING SURE THEY ARE NURSING AND GROWING WELL. ITS SOMETHING I WOULDNT RECOMEND UNLESS U HAVE ALL UR TIME TO DEVOTE DURING THE PRENANCY AND NURSING STAGE. I PLAN TO BREED MOCHA ONCE WHEN ITS THE RIGHT TIME AND SHE WILL HAVE A SCHEDULED C SECTION AND A VET TRIP WEEKLY. DOGS STAY PREG ABOUT 63 DAYS AND ARE ABLE TO BREED THE WEEK OR WEEK AND A HALF AFER THE SPOTTING. SO U HAVE PLENTY OF TIME TO TO LOOK AROUND AND REALLY GET TO KNOW THE STUDS(IF U CHOOSE ONE OR HAVE UR OWN) I STARTED LOOKING ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO JUST TO GET IDEAS AND INFO ON THE ACTUAL PREGNANCY AND BREEDING. IF U HAVE MYSPACE THERE ARE SOME AWESOME PEKE GROUPS ON THERE AND THEY'VE HELPED ME ALOT. IF U FIND ANY NEW OR USEFULL INFO SEND ME LINKS I WANNA LEARN AS MUCH ABOUT IT AS I CAN. THESE PEKES ARE OUR BABIES AND I WANNA MAKE SURE MINE IS SAFE AS POSSIBLE, ALL MOCHAS BABIES WILL REMAIN IN MY FAMILY AND I WILL KEEP ONE MYSELF AND SPAY MOCHA AND HAVE THE PUP FIXED. ALL BUYERS OF MOCHAS PUPS WILL HAVE A CONTRACT THAT SAYS THEY MUST BE SPAYED OR NEAUTERED. FEEL FREE TO KEEP IN TOUCH AND SHARE ANY ADVICE OR INFO U FIND HELPFUL.

Not before she is 2 years old and had and passed genetic health testing (not just simple vet exams). Also not before she has either been shown sucessfully or evaluated by at least 3 unbiased breed knowledgable people/judges to see if she meets breed standard and has no disqualifying faults. Also make sure she is registered in a legit registry(AKC, UKC (United Kennel Club), CKC (Canadian Kennel Club) and all her paperwork is in order.
Also you should not breed until you have at least learned the basics of breeding, whelping and newborn care,

You should at least wait until she is 20 - 24 months old - definately after her 3rd heat.

2 years or over, but research before you do, dont do it to get cute puppies, she doesnt need to have a litter, also the male should be smaller in size to her, this way the pups wont be too big for her to give birth to, consider carefully, if she had complications and had to have a ceaserian section, you may loose her and the babies......talk to your vet and research.

She should be two years old and only after you have a clear bill of health from the vet. She male you find to stud her with should also have a clear bill of health and 1 year old.

I probably wouldn't breed her until she's 1 year old. If you breed her when she too small the birth will be difficult for her.
