Mankind continued their lives sheepishly by reading the melodramatic story of Adam and Eve...

I am not sure who Seth or the other children married.
In Genesis Cain marries a woman from the land of Nod. In the Jewish legends I learned as a child God made many animals, some of them walked on two legs like men and looked a lot like men, but, lived without God's Law. They were animals that looked like people.
Cain married an animal that looked and walked like a person.
I don't ever remember hearing much about Seth, but I vaguely remember something in legends about God making a woman for each man. To enter heaven a person must be complete, a man must find his missing rib. The woman created from his missing rib that they can join in marriage and become one to enter into heaven.
PS: Sounds like some people should read the legends of Lilith, Adam's legendary first wife created out of dust just like Adam was.

Such a lack of understanding in these answers I did not realize, before coming on this site, that people were that confused over simple facts, judging from the answers. If there is a God, and I know there is, do you think for one moment, that there is room in any book or volumes of books to explain all that He did, all that He made, and how He did it all? How did He come up with water, colors, atoms, dirt, flowers, oxygen, material needed for plastic, brain cells, iron etc...? It says that Adam was the first human created, it does not say none others were created after that. I am not saying that is what happened, but then again, I am not saying it isn't.

Adam and Eve were immortal before they screwed up, so they had many generations to go forth and multiply. Also, before their fall, childbirth wasn't so painful, that happened after the fall. The other children weren't mentioned specifically because they didn't become the first murder victim or commit the first murder. The only other one specifically mentioned was Seth, which you seem to have forgotten about. Cain, Abel and Seth inter-married their cousins, neices, whatever, all of Adam and Eve's children did, at least Abel did before his murder. I'm guessing his descendents are here somewhere.
So yeah, we are all products of incest, which might explain why we're so messed up. I've heard the theory that everyone then was pure, so incest related birth defects did not happen, but as time went on, we were instructed not to commit incest, so the purity must have ended in Eden.

The Bible says itself that it continued through Seth and Cain (Abel being murdered by Cain), via their wives (not 'animals').
Now if you are also asking, "Where did they get thier wives?"
The answer is this: The Bible does not state where.
However, it does state Adam and Eve are the first father and mother of humans, and that Adam lived about 900 years.

Adam and Eve were the ones that God had chosen. There were other people. If you read this article, it will explain some of the things that Catholicism couldn't for me.

Adam and Eve have two pairs of TWINS,not boys..Its Qabil(his twin is Iqlima,if i'm not mistaken)
and Habil(his twin:i cant remember her name(let say A)).Qabil has to marry A and Habil has to marry Iqlima. They can't marry with their own twin.
And its happen that Qabil doesn't want to marry A because she is not so beautiful..And the history go on..

Scripture only records the people that concerned the Messianic line (whether part of that line or an enemy later etc.)
You don't really believe Adam had only 3 kids in his span of 930 years, do you?
