Just make sure you wash your apples properly before eating them to get rid of the pesticides or wax on the skin. I'll keep that in mind.

Yeah I knew that already. Here's a tip for spotty skin though- I dunno if it'll work for everyone but when I get loads of spots I eat lots of apples and my spots usually clear up after 2-3 days.
