1979 - Oahu, Maui, and Kauai with my parents and sister
1984 - Big Island with my parents and sister
1997 - Oahu with a friend
1998 - Oahu by myself
2000 - moved to the Big Island with my new husband
2002 - visited the Big Island with my husband (we had moved back to California the previous year)
2004 - Oahu and Big Island with my son and husband
2004 - Maui with my son and husband
2005 - moved to Kauai with my son after my divorce

Yes, twice to the same island though..Maui! and loved every minute of it. I think everyone should go at least once in their lifetime. We're planning our third time around to a different island, probably the Big Island, can't wait!!!!

Yes, twice when I was a kid. All my friends thought I was a spoiled brat getting to "vacation" there, but the truth is, it was to go see my grandmother when she got too frail to travel. I remember every detail of what it was like though and am looking forward to having another chance to go now that I am "all grown up". It was wonderful!!!
