There is no need too to hire one.

It's made for people of all ages, and it includes a very nice exercise plan which included: yoga, strength training, martial arts, cardio, and things like that. It also comes with a very hangy guide to recipes, easy ones, and a detox system that will help also.

The trainer may be a good idea. I suggest going to the gym or the Y and talking to them about a personal trainer.
Eat healthy foods that have energy boosting vitamins, and exercise. Dont forget the water.

start yoga exercises under a trained guru, who understands your age and/or any other problem you may have.if u can get cd,english version, of swamy ramdevji mahara, a set of two , u can do on your own. as per your age do only "pranayam"
( breathing ) still check with some one who knows yoga. it is for over all good heath, better blood circulation, better breathing, mental peace, relaxes the entire boby, makes u feel energatic.but no fast food, oily food, eat lot of slad with out topping of oils, drink milk every day,

Begin by analyzing your diet and your lean muscle mass. By knowing how much of your body is lean muscle mass, you will be able to calculate how many calories your body should be able to burn in a day when completely at rest. (This is what is referred to as your maintenance level of calorie intake) TAKE IN NATURAL AND WHOLESOME FOODS! Avoid processed carbs & sugars. Eat lots of whole wheat products, along with organic dairy, meat, & vegetables. Remember, the quality of the food put into your body dictates the quality of results that your body is able to dish out!
Once you know how many calories your body can take in each day, prepare your daily meals to match that amount of calories. Try to see if you can spread your calories out into more meals per day as well... Instead of eating a large lunch and dinner, eat smaller meals with snacks in between each meal...
Finally, EXERCISE REGULARLY!!! Cardio should be incorporated into your daily routine, but don't focus on that. Focus on your weight training in the beginning. You will strengthen and re-build your lean muscle mass and enable your body to burn more calories each day by doing so! Of course, this will mean that you will need to eat more food each day to maintain this increase in lean muscle mass... So don't forget to track your lean muscle mass and increase your calorie intake as it increases.
