Hi
I have PA, Psoriatic Arthritis. Initially Psoriasis comes in five forms and you do not state which form he has? Fingernails can look normal, but if you get a magnifying glass, look closely you will see 'pin point' holes more associated with a sewing thimble. It could be he has a mild case of JUST Psoriasis, with other forms of Arthritis. Finger and toe curving could be due to contractures of the tendon. Pain could be due to Fibro, or inflammation of the muscles, sleep problems. Best thing to do is see a Rheumatologist, who will run blood tests, check for other forms of Arthritis.
Hope that helps.

I just got out of the boat your in now... you need to keep track of your period first off. they have apps for smart phones and all you have to do is tap the day when you started and finished mine also lets me record when i was intimate. You need to take a pregnancy test if your period is more then a week late. I took my first one this past sunday and was terrified for the minute i had to wait. Just stay calm and if you think your period is coming on it might be. if you can drink parsley tea with the leaves in it. (boil water put parsley leaves in a cup and let it cool to wear you can drink it) this relaxes your cervix allowing your flow to come easier and faster. if you have anymore questions feel free to email me.
